There is a solution to cease or delimit the process of cavity formation in our teeth if only we take a very good care of them. It is necessary to brush teeth twice a day and also to rinse them after you eat something. It hardly takes a few seconds but gives a longer life to your teeth protecting them from the cavities.

Saliva consists of certain minerals that can restore the tooth enamel by working against the acid produced by the bacteria in our mouth. The simple and effortless ways to prevent the formation of cavities are to brush our teeth thoroughly and floss in the right manner, rinsing our teeth and visit our dentist regularly.
